Service First is wonderful! We had such a great experience , and highly recommend. Brent was wonderful going through the whole process, and really took the time to answer all questions. Ashley is so sweet and was absolutely wonderful when calling Service First with any questions. Our technicians were beyond words. Jeff was absolutely amazing! He went above and beyond all expectations , and truly worked so hard. He did such an incredible job installing the equipment and took the time to answer each and every question we had. The name says it all "service first" - that's what this company delivers. I had such a great experience with their team - from Brent (who explored and shared details of the right replacement HVAC unit for my home), to Tom and Steve (my installers), to manager Tom who dropped by to make sure everything was to my liking! I've truly never experienced customer service to this degree. The installation was tricky, but Tom and Steve made it work, and it's complete perfection. I'm fairly confident a new water heater is on my horizon and Service First will be the first call I make. Wayne was my Service tech. He was the best, friendly, knowledgeable, clean, and the best tech ever to work on my heating unit. He got it ready for the winter and also got a contract to service my heating and air-conditioning system every year from Service First Newtown, Pennsylvania. I highly recommend them.
