Service First is wonderful! We had such a great experience , and highly recommend. Brent was wonderful going through the whole process, and really took the time to answer all questions. Ashley is so sweet and was absolutely wonderful when calling Service First with any questions. Our technicians were beyond words. Jeff was absolutely amazing! He went above and beyond all expectations , and truly worked so hard. He did such an incredible job installing the equipment and took the time to answer each and every question we had. Exceptional Performance. Staff is very knowledgeable and friendly. Look forward to seeing Roman twice a year for annual checkups on several properties. He and others keep things running smoothly. In office, Ashly and Sandy and others always are professional on proactive. And Brent in new unit sales and of course the owner Brian all do a big company job with a small company feel to it. The name says it all "service first" - that's what this company delivers. I had such a great experience with their team - from Brent (who explored and shared details of the right replacement HVAC unit for my home), to Tom and Steve (my installers), to manager Tom who dropped by to make sure everything was to my liking! I've truly never experienced customer service to this degree. The installation was tricky, but Tom and Steve made it work, and it's complete perfection. I'm fairly confident a new water heater is on my horizon and Service First will be the first call I make. I called Service First for service no my 9 year old water heater. The service man Wayne came to my home earlier then was scheduled. He was very Professional and saw the problem with the heater and corrected it. He stated the heater being 9 years old, that I should consider getting a new one. I’ve had service first out before for my furnace and they fixed that as well. It’s a good company. Read Less
